"O My witnesses, ask Ruqhoyya how you, My witnesses, will be on 'Yaumul Mahsyar'—in a separate place in front of Me, behind the veil. One group among them is gathered, and the others stand individually. I say to all of you: it is you who are gathered together in the assembly of 'Ahmad-Habibi'; sufficient it is for you to be here with the current condition."

"O Ruqhoyya! All that happens is because of My ‘Kun-Fayakun’. Truly, only I am the Planner of all the plans, so that you are mutually gathered among the ‘313’ in front of the Ka‘bah. Before your ‘baiat’, I gathered you at My place, in Ahmad-Habibi Muhammad."

"Peace be upon everyone! In this era, you are within the Highest Protection, and your era has drawn near to the era which I have promised—where My ‘Kun-Fayakun’ occurs in front of your eyes. I protect My servants in the assembly of 'Ahmad-Habibi'. Later, Isa ibn Maryam will be with you. I separate the 'Right-Hand Group' and the assembly of 'Ahmad-Habibi'—those who believed earlier and he strengthens his heart on My path. And there is no equal to Me. I am Allah, Laa Ilaaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah. There is no disturbance from anyone. You are in the ranks of Isa ibn Maryam, and not even one holds power over you. I am the Supreme Ruler; everything is within My Rule. Whoever commits disobedience—My promise is true in My Utterance, which is the Most High."

"Behold! That is a parable for you, and truly, that is what My witnesses have done, and that is also what My witnesses have received. And you brought harm to My Witness, until she was nearly harmed because of your wickedness and your slander. Behold! Who will take a lesson other than those who are numbered as the 313, those who believed earlier that I bear witness. Such that is an infinite blessing, which even the 'Right-Hand Group' did not receive. And I placed them in 'My Ahmad-Habibi', Muhammad, your Last Prophet."

"When I, Allah, Laa Ilaaha Illallah, bear witness, truly your time is only to prepare; come to Me and listen to Me. Set aside your sustenance—just a little—if you are also in hardship. Spread this message! Say to them, 'This is a message from the Lord of all the worlds, the Grasper of souls. Entrust it to Ahmad-Habibi if you do not have the time to manage it and do not understand the way to send it. Look! Your brothers in Palestine—they are in a state of ruin and starving. In just an instant, they could be destroyed and perish, as if being trapped and awaiting a terrifying event in front of their eyes."

"O My servants, look at My verses in the 'Risalah of Ar-Rahman'! Indeed, I am Allah, with a Treasury that is vast—extremely vast... Can you create this, or can Satan and the jinn create this and invite you to My path, the path of goodness—the 'Right-Hand Group'? Can the jinn obtain My messages while I convey them without any intermediary? Can the jinn and Satan command you to give charity to Palestine? And My servants who are obedient do it, and the reward of this charity returns to Me because they intend it for Me, Allah."

"Indeed, all of her stories are narrated by My Witness to Khadijah. Can Satan do that? So, when I declare at this time, I make her My Witness, and the news from Me spreads. Truly, you are only envious and do not accept the news. There will come a time when your eyes will be wide open and full of regret. Indeed, you are servants who like to argue, even though I mention My Holy Verses (the Quran) in My 'Risalah of Ar-Rahman'."

"Indeed, I perfect My 'Risalah of Ar-Rahman' with the Holy Verses of the Qur'an, for therein are My laws. Indeed, you only need to obey and submit to Me—Allah, Rabbul ‘Alameen…"

"Most High is My Utterance, and Most Glorious is your Lord, the Most Majestic: 'Laa Ilaaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah.' Indeed, I perfect My Risalah of Ar-Rahman in order for you to believe in Me and in the verses which I have sent down to Muhammad, and the 'Risalah' which I have conveyed to My Witness—and My witnesses deliver it to you."

"While I have sent down My Words and My Laws in the Holy Book of the Qur'an (in The Risalah of Ar-Rahman), they do not know that the jinn cannot eavesdrop on the news from Me until they deliver it to the deceivers of the religion and their soothsayers, and spread the message from Me by saying that they are the 'Messengers.' I am Allah, who informs My Message to 'Habibatullah Ruqhoyya,' and I am the One who speaks to Habibatullah Ruqhoyya, yet they ignore it. Truly, I shall bring it forth soon, within My Decree. Open Surah Ad-Dukhan, verses 20 to 30, O Ruqhoyya!"

"'O My Servant! I granted your wish, and I made you the child of Muhammad, so that you will know the moment when I will come to you later—you are Ruqhoyya bint Muhammad.' And you answered, 'O my Lord, all praise is for You, O my Lord; there is no god other than You. Do not make me a servant of anyone nor a slave of anyone; I, Ruqhoyya, am Your servant, and I am a slave who walks in Your path and takes shelter under Your Shade. Make me Your slave, so that I obey only You and not anyone else in this world.'"

"And I brought Muhammad with her father (Ruqhoyya), and her father smiled with the love of a father who had handed over his child to her owner. Remember, O Ruqhoyya, the event before I said to you, 'You are Ruqhoyya bint Muhammad,' and a woman whose dream I opened is a witness of this event, and they were in discussion. It is just that woman betrayed Me because of envy."

"Indeed, I have brought My call to My servants. I am Allah, Laa Ilaaha Illallah, testifying at the End Times to My witnesses—and one among them is 'The Connector of My Utterance.' O My servants, I am Allah, Laa Ilaaha Illallah, testifying to 'Ruqhoyya bint Muhammad.' The End Times have reached the 'Boundary of Time.' When I, Allah, Laa Ilaaha Illallah, call out to all of you to the path of salvation at the Boundary of Time, enter into the 'Right-Hand Group'! Give charity to My Muslims in Palestine—even if it is a packet of salt or a packet of flour. Such is the path of goodness for you to obtain the 'Mercy' from Me. I intend to gather you into the 'Right-Hand Group.' Seek My Muslims in Palestine! Contact and send it to the buyers of their food. I AM ALLAH, LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH, GIVING YOUR DEEDS AND REWARDS. Open Surah Al-Ma'idah, Verse 35!"

"Come to My call! And seek the news from Me upon the names of My Witnesses: Isa ibn Maryam and Ruqhoyya bint Muhammad. Indeed, My message is with them. And give charity to the Muslims of Palestine! It is there—the gateway of the 'Right-Hand Group.' Help My Muslims in Palestine by sending it to them directly. Seek them and contact them; give to the buyers of food for them!"

"Truly, I am waiting—who among all of you will ask how it is in front of Me? O My servant! Say to all of them: 'When all of you are in front of Me—all the heavens and the earth, all of its contents—you will desire nothing more than to gaze upon Me with love towards Me. And that is what I desire in these End Times. All that you desire in the world is nothing compared to the greatness of My Call. And only those who love Me more than they love themselves will come to Me and follow My Utterance. I will reward them with the highest place: to be among the '313' and in a separate place on Yaumul Mahsyar later. I am more desired by you than anything else. When a servant is in front of Me, everything that he loves in his heart disappears—except Me. And that is possessed only by 313 people in this world. And be steadfast on My path!'"

"O Ruqhoyya! Who are they—who are the people who are numbered among the '313'? They are those who love Me and love Muhammad, their Prophet, more than they love themselves. They obey Me, and they are sincere with My Decree. They take My Call for My sake (Allah), and they are certain of Me. They come immediately the moment they see My Messages, and they listen to every Word of Mine regarding My Call and My prohibitions."

"They highly prioritize Me, and they greatly honor Muhammad. They do not hurt any part of Muhammad. Even if they do not like My prohibitions, they remain steadfast in guarding them. They are the servants who are sincere and seek only My Pleasure alone. And among My Witnesses—Ahmad-Habibi Muhammad—they guard themselves, and they are without fault to Me, and I am pleased with them. And that is only a few, and I (Allah) always filter them."

"In this world, in the End Times, only a few will listen to My Call in its entirety—just 313 people in the future. Know this: they are the ones in that 'Golden Book.' At the moment, they have been in the 'baiat,' and I will take them from the place where they stand, and I will grant all the blessings to them. All of My Words will take effect instantly, and they will be in a transformation which I (Allah) will declare as Kun Fayakun. And they will be like the inhabitants of My highest Paradise, together in My Jannah, and they will gaze upon Me—just as Ruqhoyya said: 'Truly, in front of Him, I do not want anything else except to be content with seeing Allah alone.'"

"While she saw Me from behind the veil, how would it be if I were right in front of you? Truly, you had turned into young ones and whimpered only for My forgiveness alone—like you did when I gave you the 'dream' of what it is like in front of Me: the people who were gathered as the '313' in the 'baiat.' And I will return you, within My Will, and you will find yourselves within that Will of Mine. Open Surah Muhammad, Verse 32, O Ruqhoyya!"

"Indeed, those who disbelieve, hinder ˹others˺ from the Way of Allah, and defy the Messenger after ˹true˺ guidance has become clear to them; they will not harm Allah in the least, but He will render their deeds void."
