அல்லாஹ்வின் ரிசாலா: “VERILY, MY HOLY BOOK IS A CLEAR PROOF WITH MY LAWS, AND HOLD FIRMLY TO MY VERSES!”

Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim

"O Ruqhoyya! Verily, I command you to dig that well, for the ummah of Muhammad, just as in your dream Muhammad always performed ablution there and you saw it in every one of your dreams. And truly, I once commanded you in the dream that I showed to you, that you purify yourself in the water of Thuba, in a high place in the Paradise of Isa ibn Maryam...

And I gave that well a name, and I keep it secret from others, it is enough that you know it, and those whom you inform with My Permission. If I, Allah, do not permit it, do not reveal! You will be accused of being misguided and you will be slandered, and truly whatever truth I, Allah, have proclaimed, you will bear the harm from the servants who are envious and cause harm. Because they say I am 'iblis, satan, jinn, even ad-dajjal'. That is the 'fitnah of ad-dajjal'... the 'iblis' within their bloodstream has taken control, so that they prevail. And later, they will easily follow 'ad-dajjal' after his arrival, without even realizing it.

O Ruqhoyya! It is enough for you to inform the Servants who uphold trust and guard you from the slanders. When I reveal the secret , truly, whatever I inform , they will wait for it in deep regret and in tears. Open Surah Al-Baqarah verses 210 to 218, O Ruqhoyya! Verily, My Holy Book is a clear proof with My Laws, and hold firmly to My Verses!

Surah Al-Baqarah
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
It means:

Verse 210: "Do they await but that Allah should come to them in covers of clouds and the angels as well, and the matter is [then] decided? And to Allah [all] matters are returned."

Verse 211: "Ask the Children of Israel how many a sign of evidence We have given them. And whoever exchanges the favor of Allah [for disbelief] after it has come to him – then indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."

Verse 212: "Beautified for those who disbelieve is the life of this world, and they ridicule those who believe. But those who fear Allah are above them on the Day of Resurrection. And Allah gives provision to whom He wills without account."

Verse 213: "Mankind was [of] one religion [before their deviation]; then Allah sent the prophets as bringers of good tidings and warners and sent down with them the Scripture in truth to judge between the people concerning that in which they differed. And none differed over it except those who were given it – after the clear proofs came to them – out of jealous animosity among themselves. And Allah guided those who believed to the truth concerning that over which they had differed, by His permission. And Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path."

Verse 214: "Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, 'When is the help of Allah?' Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near."

Verse 215: "They ask you, [O Muhammad], what they should spend. Say, 'Whatever you spend of good is [to be] for parents and relatives and orphans and the needy and the traveler. And whatever you do of good – indeed, Allah is Knowing of it.'"

Verse 216: "Fighting has been enjoined upon you while it is hateful to you. But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah knows, while you know not."

Verse 217: "They ask you about the sacred month, about fighting therein. Say, 'Fighting therein is great [sin], but averting [people] from the way of Allah and disbelief in Him and [preventing access to] al-Masjid al-Haram and the expulsion of its people therefrom are greater [evil] in the sight of Allah. And fitnah is greater than killing.' And they will not cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able. And whoever among you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever, for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally."

Verse 218: "Indeed, those who have believed and those who have emigrated and fought in the cause of Allah – those expect the mercy of Allah. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."

"Verily, you will question one another regarding what I have revealed , O Ruqhoyya! Enough that I, Allah, am the Explainer, and do not speak from one person to another, truly, I have made you My Witness, to receive My utterance, and I have explained the meaning within your chest so that you may understand. However ,there are things you are to inform and there are things you do not need to inform and do not act according to your own will when My Call comes. Truly, I, Allah, test some Servants, and some do not Obey Me, this is truly a loss for them. And in another part, they are pious, as a way out for them, and I praise them for that.

Truly, I have made you My Witness, for Me to deliver My news , and not to speak to one person and then continue to another. Truly, I, Allah, am the All-Knowing, the One to whom you surrender yourselves. Among you are servants with various desires; truly, they fear that I will reveal the truth, being pious is better for you.

I command you to make your place of worship, and serve only Me therein. Use that place of worship for you to worship in its garden area, and do not open your place of worship! Verily, that is your mihrab. Stay there! If others are present in your garden of worship. I declare what you saw in your dream, and truly I am Allah, the Supreme Fulfiller of Promises. Later, that garden will be the garden of the coming of Isa ibn Maryam, because he is in the ranks of My Witnesses. Open Surah Az-Zukhruf verses 61 to 69, O Ruqhoyya!

Surah Az-Zukhruf
Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim
It means:

Verse 61: "And indeed, he (Jesus) will be a sign for [the coming of] the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me. This is a straight path."

Verse 62: "And never let Satan avert you. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy."

Verse 63: "And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, 'I have come to you with wisdom and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allah and obey me.'"

Verse 64: "Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path."

Verse 65: "But the factions differed among themselves, so woe to those who have wronged from the punishment of a painful Day."

Verse 66: "Are they waiting except for the Hour to come upon them suddenly while they perceive not?"

Verse 67: "Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous."

Verse 68: "'O My servants, no fear will there be concerning you this Day, nor will you grieve,'"

Verse 69: "You who believed in Our verses and were Muslims [submissive to Allah]..."

Ulaa'ika ‘alaa hudammirrabbihim wa ulaa’ika humul-muflihuun
(They are upon guidance from their Lord, and they are the successful ones.)

Aamiin, O Allah, O Lord, O All-Hearing, O All-Seeing. Praise be to Allah.
